VERIFICATION OF COMPETENCY

This is a service offered to employers to provide onsite auditing of forklift drivers to ensure operators are complying under the Health and Safety Employment Act 1992, of Approved Code of Practise for training operators and instructors of powered industrial lift trucks, with the aim of reducing or eliminating workplace incidents.

Alan is a seasoned professional with an extensive 35 years of hands-on experience in the warehousing and logistics field. He is an approved Competenz trainer and assessor and brings a wealth of expertise to the business.

After dedicating 26 years to one company, Alan faced a new challenge, which led to a new chapter as a shareholder at Training Co. His journey showcases resilience, adaptability, and a strong commitment to empowering individuals through training and support. His wealth of experience is dedicated to uplifting and guiding rangatahi to a better future.
